CEO & Principal Consultant

Michelle is a half-Filipino, half-White workplace culture strategist based in Minneapolis, MN. She supported operations and compliance audits in Employee Relations at Best Buy, and later joined Life Time Fitness, where she operationalized their Inclusion Council and built four Employee Resource Groups from the ground up. Today, Michelle’s blended approach draws from lived experience, research, and people-centered strategy to support teams across nonprofit, service, and business sectors in building inclusive cultures that honor their values, budgets, and goals.
