Michelle Purdun, SPHR, IDI-QA, is a workplace culture and Human Resources strategist based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a biracial Filipina and White leader, she brings a lived understanding of how culture, identity, and systems shape the way people work together.

Michelle began her career at Best Buy, supporting Employee Relations through operations and compliance audits. She later joined Life Time, where she helped launch the company’s first Inclusion Council and built four Employee Resource Groups from the ground up, connecting more than 2,500 employees.

Today, Michelle leads Muni Muni Partners while completing her Master’s in Diversity Leadership at the University of St. Thomas. Her work combines research, reflection, and practical HR strategy to help organizations strengthen culture, improve decision-making, and lead with care—always honoring each client’s values, people, and goals.
