Hello, I’m Michelle.
I’m a half-Filipino, half-White woman based in the Minneapolis, MN area, and my journey toward creating inclusive spaces started during my time at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. While working with the Campus Autism Program and mentoring under the Associate Dean of Students, I discovered a passion for fostering environments where everyone feels valued and heard.
After college, I brought this passion to Best Buy, where I worked across various teams, most notably in Employee Relations. It was here that I realized my true calling—creating equity in the workplace. I later had the privilege of working at LifeTime, where I helped operationalize their Inclusion Council and built four Employee Resource Groups from the ground up.
Now, I’m focusing on fractional leadership and consulting, with a mission to help organizations build more inclusive, equitable workplaces in ways that fit their unique culture and budget. I’m excited to partner with organizations that are ready to make meaningful change and create spaces where everyone can thrive.
